ContractReview is a tool for the automated review of various contract templates. The app currently enables the review of non-disclosure and quality agreements. The document type is automatically recognised. The review is carried out by comparing the contract with predefined standard templates. The essential parts of the contract are checked for compliance with common standards. This way, users can be quickly alerted to relevant issues and potential problems, enabling them to carry out further targeted checks and make adjustments if necessary.
Input parameters
- Manual entry: Copy and paste the text into the field or type it in manually and click Submit.
- Click Choose File or drag the file into the field provided to upload it. Each file must not exceed 50 MB. Supported formats are: CSV, DOCX and TXT. Then click Submit.
Output parameters
The review is carried out clause by clause: First, the result indicating possible issues is displayed. This is followed by the text extract, which reproduces the exact wording of the clause. The assessment determines whether the clause is in order or whether a more detailed review is required. Finally, information on recommended adjustments is provided. The time it takes to run the contract review depends on the size of the input file. For smaller documents, the review typically takes only a few seconds. However, larger files may take longer, sometimes up to 5 minutes or more. As long as the processing sign is displayed, the process continues to run normally and there is no crash. The review process can be stopped at any time by clicking the ‘Cancel generation’ button.
Rating function for the contract review
Use the rating function to assess the quality of the contract review and leave suggestions for improvement. This function enables users to provide direct feedback on the accuracy and relevance of the contract analysis, which helps us to continuously optimise our offering. History and storage of contract reviews
All reviews are stored under sessions when you click on ‘New request’. This means that you can access the results at any time while the input mask is ready for a new review.
